What’s your warranty?
Computer services have a 30-day guarantee. If for any reason the same issue occurs within 30 days of getting your device back I will take it back and fix it at no cost. ** There are 2 exceptions. The first is if a part is actually needed. This cost will be the customer's responsibility. The second is if you have a malware/virus infection again. I can't prevent you from going to a website or downloading a file that has a virus/malware attached to it.
What systems do you work on?
I will look at both Windows-based systems and Apple systems. I also will repair glass on some mobile devices but you must contact me with the device make/model.
What hours can I call or email you?
I do work a full time job Monday - Friday from 7:30am till 3:30pm. I do this work after hours during the following times.
M - F 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 12pm - 8pm

Do you charge an extra fee if you come to my home?
I charge a $15 charge if I would come to your home. If you meet me someplace or bring your device to me I do not charge this extra charge.
Do you charge by the hour or by the service?
Both. I charge $40 hour for most services but there are a few exceptions and all those prices can be seen on my "services" page.
How does your hourly rate work?
Working at my place...I charge $40 for the first hour regardless if it is 30 minutes or 1 hr. Once I hit the 1 hr mark I start charging by the minute instead of the hour. But I only start my time when I am touching your device.
Working at your place...I charge $40 an hour. I don't pro-rate when I am at your place so if I work 1 hr 30 minutes I will charge $80. This is on top of the trip charge.
The reason I do this is that when I am working from my place I can stop the clock when software is installing or virus scans are running and go do personal stuff like clean a room or take care of my kids or watch a show. When I am at your place ALL my time is tied up so I charge a little different.
